Skin Creams Hair Lotions Herbal Teas Herbal Baths

PURIFYING JUICE Borage Watercress Dandelion Take equal amounts of these herbs and extract the juice in a liquidiser.  Take 1 teaspoon twice daily.  You can keep in the fridge or deep freeze.

For Legs & Feet Ointments and Salves

DEPURATIVE HERBAL TEA 15G.    SAGE 20G.    RASPBERRY LEAVES 20G.    HAWTHORNE LEAVES Boil 3 Tbsp. of this herbal mixture in 1 litre of water.  Let it reduce to about 3/4 litre. Drink one cup daily.

LAVENDER SUN OIL     40g   Coconut Oil 40g.  Olive Oil 5g.    Essential oil of Lavender Mix together and apply to skin. Lavender is great for sunburns.
