I have chosen some Aromatherapy blends that are for general aches and pains, stress, relaxation,
sinus infection, and a mixture of ???? The blends are to be added to your bath, mixed with carrier oils
and massaged or applied topically, inhaled, or mixed with water and misted in the air. I have broken

Muscle Relaxing Blend:
4 Drops Cedarwood 4 Drops Chamomile 4 Drops
Lavender 4 Drops Lemongrass
Mix with 1 teaspoon (5 ml) carrier oil; such as grapeseed,
almond, hazelnut, or seasame oils

Calming Blend: 5 Drops Pettigrain 5 Drops Ylang-Ylang 5 Drops Orange
1 Teaspoon (5 ml) carrier oil; such as grapeseed, almond, hazelnut, or seasame oils
|
Mood Elevating Blend: 5 Drops Rosemary 5 Drops Bergamot 5 Drops
Lavender
1 Teaspoon (5) ml) carrier oil; such as grapeseed, almond, hazelnut, or seasame oils

Stress Reliever: 4 Drops Lavender 4 Drops Chamomile 4 Drops Melissa
4Drops Cedarwood
1 Teaspoon (5 ml) carrier oil; such as grapeseed, almond, hazelnut
or seasame oils

Refreshing Blend:
4 Drops Spruce 4 Drops Spearmint 4 Drops
Juniper Berries 4 Drops Lemon
1 Teaspoon (5 ml) carrier oil; such as grapeseed, almond
hazelnut or sesame oils.

Sinus/Breathe Easy Formula: 5 Drops Cajeput or Tea Tree Oil 5 Drops Eucalyptus
5 Drops Peppermint
1 Teaspoon (5 ml) carrier oil; such as grapeseed, almond, hazelnut
or sesame oils.

Note: Baths are beneficial to improve one's health. When aromatic oils are added they help you feel
more relaxed and stress free. To help soften skin and remove impurities, dissolve 2 cups of epsom salt
in the bath water. Then add the essential oil mixture and swirl the water to disperse the oil evenly.
Essential oils evaporate quickly so enter the bath immediately. Relax and enjoy for at least 20 minutes.
