The purpose of this site is to help you calm your spirit, heal your body and free your mind of cumbersome
thoughts.
As you continue to travel through this site take your shoes off, lean back and relax
with us for awhile. I have called upon my Brother, "Small Mountain," and a few of my "Special Friends"
to help me accomplish this task. I hope we have been successful in taking you on a peaceful journey.....

I am native of West Bend Wisconisn,
born French/Indian (Dad's side) and Danish/English (Mom's side.) I am registrered on the rolls of the
Red Cliff Tribe located in Bayfield Wisconsin. I currently reside in Reche Canyon, California with my
two dogs (Husky (Nikki and American Red Nose Bull Terrior (Spammie.).
For as long as I can remember
I have always felt drawn to the sick and injured, be it two legged, 4 legged or winged creatures.
I have stopped on more than one occassion to rescue and tend to a wounded animal. I reach out to anyone
and anything in need, be it spiritually, mentally or physically
I owned and operated a small
Clinic, Let's Face It, in Riverside where I practiced natural therapies and holistic healing. I have
taken time out from these practices to furhter my spriitual growth and path in life.
In addition
to being a California State Licensed Aesthetician, I have 17 certificates in Natural Therapies, which
include Acupressure, Aromatherapy, Herbalism, Bodycare and Nutrition, Manual Lymph Drainage, and Reflexology.
In time I will be sharing information on all of these therapies with you. I will also be adding different
herbal receipes for you to try at home. The receipes will include Skin and Bodycare formulas, Aromatherapy
blends, herbal remedies and teas.

"Natural Therapies." This page shares a lot of useful information, including schools that offer natural
healing courses, where to find your herbal healing supplies, books, tapes and videos. If what you are
looking for isn't listed... just ask. I can steer you in the right direction.
