WEIGHT-REDUCING TEA
Dandelion
Fennel
Rosemary
Bladderwrack

A teaspoon of each of these herbs to 1/2 litre
boiling water.  The taste?  Unpleasant.... but,
you know the saying.... "No Pain, no Gain!"

SLIMMING BATH
Bladderwrack
Dandelion
Horsetail
Camomile

Make a strong infusion using a
handful of each of these dried or
fresh herbs using 2 libres water.
Sieve and add the mixture to
your bathwater.  Pinch cellulite
areas to breakdown fatty deposits
while bathing.

HERBAL BATH OIL
5g.     Essential oil of Thyme
2g.     Essential oil of Marjoram
2g.     Essential oil of Lavender
1        Glass Brandy

Shake the oils together in the brandy and
add a teaspoon of this mixture to your bath.
It is less greasy than adding the oils alone.

OATMEAL BATH
Sew some bags of cheesecloth or
by herbal teabags from health food
store.  Fill with oatmeal.  Rub over
your entire body to remove many
of the impurities from your skin.
May be used more than once.

HERBS FOR HAIR

Infusions or cold infusions in alcohol of yarrow, rosemary, stinging nettle, horsetail and chillies can all be added to hair waters and lotions.  These herbs are all used to help prevent seborrhoea.
Rosemary, nettles and chillies are also said to stimulate the blood cirulation and in the scalp and encourage new hair growth.
